How To Effectively Lose Weight For Weight Loss Surgery?
A MyObesityTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm not even sure if weight loss surgery is the best way to deal with my weight problems. I just keep gaining weight no matter what i'm doing. I am on c-pap machine to help me breath and any excursion and i'm unable to breath. All i can do to be comfortable is to lay still. I feel hopeless.

Awe Charity I know how you feel its like there’s no way possible to get out of things, but there is. It’s not gonna be, but we didn’t get to this place without time and effort so it’s going to take the same to reverse it. You and only you have the power to change the direction your life is going in. you can do all things thru Christ whom strengthens you ❤️

I’m doing the keto lifestyle change. Even with minimal activity you should be able to lose if you’re strict. But I would obviously consult with your doctor first.
