@A MyObesityTeam Member: I use to make protein shakes that really taste good. I stopped making them because I was worried about the carb count.

Whey Protein Powder (Follow directions on container)
1 tsp of Peanut Butter Powder
a handful of Kale (don't give up it gets better tasting)
a handful of Blueberries, mixed berries or strawberries
and Ice (I forgot how much I used)

The fruit gives the whole thing a dessert taste. I loved them.

I try 2 walk 2 miles on no treadmill i don't walk outside because i have mobility issues

I haven't had pancakes in year's but I'm going to YMCA pancake days next month then I'm going to to the gym work off some of it lol

What are the best tasting protein shakes? I tried some powders from a bariatric doctor but they just were gross I could not bring myself to drink them
