I have a seizure disorder that makes me forget to exercise what can help me to remember to exercise? Does anyone have any ideas?

What about setting a alarm on your cellphone to alert you to exercise each day

I have Samsung Health App on my phone (it's not a Samsung), and the step count is constantly on the screen. Helps me remember (I also have seizures), and makes me feel good when I see the high step count.

Yep...put a sticky note on the fridge. That is where I look the most. LOL
