You can eat so much if you stick to veggies, protein and fruit.

So first I started increasing the quality of my sleep and fixing my circadian cycle, then I added making sure I got quality water. I had to get a filter to get the high amount of chlorine out of my water. I have been working for many years on my mental health. I have also been working very hard to get my stress down! I worked on my perceived stressors and physical stressors. I have not completely overcomes all of that yet (it is complicated and will take awhile...) but I have gotten it low enough to start healing physically! And then I have begun healing my gut! That is when the weight loss super kicked in! I have lost over 50 lbs now and more than a total of 20 inches! I have read so many books on all of this that I couldn’t list them all! I have been studying the human body for over 20 years now. So if you want more information let me know! I can tell you that I have been doing this for years and the first steps stopped the constant uncontrolled weight gain even when I wasn’t eating enough calories and exercising an hour or more a day! And then healing my gut has been the last piece!

I hear that. I can't get pain relief, just got Gabapentin and the more I read the more it scares me.
