Any diet helps lose weight but many are not healthy or not sustainable long term. I think the Mediterranean diet is the best for most people. Personal belief. I follow many of Dr.'s and nutritionist and agree on that diet. I;m starting to incorporate the principles myself. My daughter lost nearly 200 lbs. on Keto but I can't do it.

Just a warning...high protein diets can cause kidney stones. To prevent it, drink lots of water and use at least 4 to 5 lemons a day (in your water) this was told to me after having kidney stones. The doctor told me it was okay to go on the high protein diet after my gastric sleeve surgery. Consult with your dr before doing any type of dieting just to be safe.

There is lots of info I came across but did not take time to read many of them. All claiming this product is a scam and could be dangerous to one's health. Am copying and pasting one below. One thing having done the Keto Diet and lost my excess weight that way with doctor approval. Ketosis can be a big health risk for many. Should be under doctor care with this and any diet plan.
Like pretty much any weight loss pill, KetoBodz will not help you lose weight.

This company is making claims it causes you to enter ketosis. It claims it does this by taking the diet pills before bed. It claims, "Ketosis is extremely hard to obtain on your own and takes weeks to accomplish. KETOBODZ actually helps your body achieve ketosis fast and helps you burn fat for energy instead of carbs!"

In truth, you enter ketosis every single day naturally... by not eating while you sleep.

Fasting causes ketosis. Ketosis is the state of the body when you are burning fat (lipid) instead of sugar (carbohydrate). You enter ketosis naturally when you do not eat sugar/ carbs. That is why The Keto Diet is called keto, because the diet is based around eating no sugar and very few carbs. The body will make its own sugar/carbs when you don't eat them.

KetoBodz is actually filled with carbs. (rice flour) But because it's a supplement not food, legally it doesn't have to list the calories the way an item approved by the FDA has to.

They make the claim "KETOBODZ is a supplement that assists the body in converting into a state of nutritional ketosis. Featuring a special blend of ingredients, KETOBODZ is a safe and simple way to achieve ketosis without the negative side effects of a typical ketogenic diet."

There is no term "nutritional ketosis" it is just a buzz word. So are "safe" and "simple."

They claim to have no negative side effects. If you are in ketosis, then you are in ketosis. There is no difference whether you enter ketosis from fasting (asleep or awake), or from a ketogenic diet. If there are any negative effects, then you would get them anyway.

Save your money and don't fall for this scam.

Hi Stormi, that sounds like snake oil if you know what I mean LOL. If there was a magic pill for obesity somebody would be very rich and a lot of us would be a lot thinner right now.
