Get fresh air! Read my bible. Pray. Watch TV. Pet my fur babies (this has been proven to release serotonin in the brain - the good ol' happy hormone).

Sometimes I write in a book, my thoughts and what I'm thinking about or I read a book, go hiking. Find something else to occupy my time with.

Find out something you enjoy. Any hobby. Pamper yourself with a nice bath and mani pedi. Make it all about you and no one else. Stress zaps you energy mentally and physically. Look at some funny comedy anything that will make you laugh.
