I'm not on a restriction diet I eat what I want pretty much following healthy lifestyle it's not a diet but a way of life I did cut sodas out years ago I just eat healthy and watch my portions and move some I'm almost down 90 lbs

I try to watch my portions and I drink water all day! And I excerise 5 to 6
days a week for 1 hour ea day! No candy!

I started the Mediterranean diet last week, as was recommended for liver disease. I lost 5 1/2lbs my first week. It is definitely a change but will hopefully keep the scaring in my liver from progressing.

Eat less and more often and eat lots and lots of protein like chicken and drink protein shakes
