Members shared a variety of sugar-free beverage strategies that help them lose weight, with water and unsweetened iced tea being the most common choices alongside black coffee and sugar-free sodas like Zevia. Several members enthusiastically recommended Skinny Mixes syrups, which are sugar-free, naturally sweetened, and versatile enough to flavor water, coffee, or even Greek yogurt, while others suggested sugar-free infusion packets that steep like tea to make plain water more appealing. A recurring theme was carefully reading labels to avoid both added sugars and artificial sweeteners, with members emphasizing that eliminating sugary drinks rather than adding special weight-loss beverages is the real key to success.

Hi Terri. Sorry, I should have said infusion not infuser. They are flavored packets that come in bags like tea. And add to water same as one would tea bags. I often just fold bag a bit and insert in a cold bottle of water. Let set a few minutes, then shake to mix well. Can add more than one for a stronger taste or larger amount of water. They come in a large variety of flavors. I buy them off Amazon but if shopping in a store, they would be found by the tea bags. Great for people that have a hard time drinking plain water. People such as myself.

That's why i do the skinny syrups no sugar, no artificial sweetness, all natural. Non gmo. Gluten free. Mix some in your water

I really limit anything with sugar. So, anything I mostly drink is sugar free. I just read labels. And I avoid artificial sweeteners. I never add sugar to anything I make at home, such as coffee, tea, etc. I don't drink anything in particular to help lose weight. It is the sugar and high calories in so many drinks that put the weight on us. So just eliminate the drinks with sugar (including fruit juice) and enjoy.
