Has anyone ever used a weightloss clinic like Dr Bernstein? Their's sound quite good but only if you can spared $1200. -- $2000. Some people might consider the $2000. grant if you can afford to pay in advance. I, personally, can't afford it!
I'm not even sure if weight loss surgery is the best way to deal with my weight problems. I just keep gaining weight no matter what i'm doing. I am on c-pap machine to help me breath and any excursion and i'm unable to breath. All i can do to be comfortable is to lay still. I feel hopeless.
I need to lose weight for my daughters wedding in 2018. But for myself also. To get my life back. X
I am 6.1ft and weigh 401lbs
My daily diet consists of:
10 glasses of water
Morning - Oats / Muesli & Yogurt
Lunch - Chicken Breast / Fish with Steamed Veg
Dinner - 3 Cracker bread / Rice Cakes with Plain Cottage cheese and cucumber
I train 5 days per week. Each session would be:
10min Treadmill Walk (1/2 mile)
10min upright cycle (3.5 miles)
10min body shaker
In Total if I add up what the machines tell me I burn +- 400 Calories per session.

I realise that my inability to lose weight is psychological. I've been through a lot of therapy over the years and we've identified the sources and triggers. But even though I am aware of my triggers and emotional eating and secret eating habits, I just can't seem to get into the mindframe of "now I will only eat clean and healthy", "no more bingeing" etc. The big irony is that I do really enjoy eating healthy, but I also go and eat lots of rubbish.

Im on wellbutrin and it is not helping with anything, its just making my depression, anxiety and weight gain worse than ever. I was wondering is there anything else that might help?
I suffer from Hyperthyroidism (Graves Disease) and Anemia. I've also been diagnosed with a few mental illnesses about a year and a half ago and have been taking Citalopram and Lamotrigine for those issues. Just joined the group. I'm 560 pounds, and miserable. 6 feet tall and, very poor, movement walking. Trying to find a, calorie foundation. Some say, (Phone number can only be seen by MyObesityTeam users). Heck I don't know where to, start. Have, lost, so much from this., Sex, life, bad now. Still have good blood flow,but to much mass. Hurt bad, to the sleep. Need, some support and wisdom.
I believe part if not the majority of my weight gain is from taking seroquel my question is would any weight loss medication be beneficial as long as I remain on the seroquel?
