Yes Thanksgiving is in November but we're supposed to be doing a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!! This would be a great time to get through temptation.

I have arthritis in my back that has been treated with injections. I've even had the nerve endings in the L3-L5 region in my back burned and had a cortisol shot in my s1 region. The swelling is gone, but not the pain. My knees have been left untreated. The pain gets unbearable at times, but my doctor only says lose weight. I was doing so well with my weight loss. Actually loss 40+ pounds with nothing but the gym and food regulation. Then a series of events took place that made it impossible to continue my three day a week routine. Yes my family makes sure that I have a car available on Tuesdays and Thursdays but what they don't understand is that because those are the only days I have the car, all of my appointments etc must be scheduled on those days so I can't get back to my class. I had been having what I now believe was mild sciatica numbness and pain before a weight loss of 76 lbs. When I gained back @ 83 lbs I was hit with constant pain and spasms. I am having a hard time just finding the energy and motivation to even start anything. I know what I need to do, i make the plan to do it but then just can't bring myself to get moving. It's like I talk myself out of it before I even get started.
Put your music on every morning.
And i dont know if i mean low impact but i lose my oxygen it drops bellow 84 when i walk to kitchen and it takes me a while to get it back up i know this is almost a impossible task to ask help with ive looked on the interweb an have had no luck other than sitting in chair lifting legs alternitivly ( sorry for my spelling )

10 glasses of water
Morning - Oats / Muesli & Yogurt
Lunch - Chicken Breast / Fish with Steamed Veg
Dinner - 3 Cracker bread / Rice Cakes with Plain Cottage cheese and cucumber
