I find myself not going anywhere because I'll be the fattest person in the room

It's been a long time since I have seen someone as large as me in the same room. Lots of times I will just stay at home because I'll be the only fat person in the restaurant and I feel ashamed to order food.

My trainer was on leave for on leave for 3 months, then my dance trainer went on leave, my yoga instructor quit and became a baker and my circuit trainer moved to Alaska and I got bored with belly Dance. The only thing I was doing was Bootcamp one day a week and went back to eating chips and ice cream. I only liked those people because they are very instrumental in my life and they are my friends ( some closer than friends). Now my Trainers and Zumba Instructor is back and he helped me get my license, I… read more

Undereating

Undereating

People always think that because you're overweight that means you overeat. My doctor has actually told me that I need to eat more, but I don't normally have an appetite. I need meal suggestions to help increase my food intake. What can I do? Eating when I'm not hungry makes me nauseous, and my meds suggest I eat.
