Hi, I'm 39 years old and am having a lot of trouble losing weight. I need help making a meal plan that will help me lose 30-40 pounds, and I don't really care how boring it is, and the more specific it is the better (time to eat, exact quantities etc). I have arthritis in my back that has been treated with injections. I've even had the nerve endings in the L3-L5 region in my back burned and had a cortisol shot in my s1 region. I don't eat breakfast. Even when I'm awake during breakfast hours, I feel like my stomach is still a sleep and not ready for food. I get sick most of the time. I already struggle most days to eat two meals a day, but I need to get up to three meals a day. What can I do for breakfast that won't make me feel sick?

I am brand new to the site here. I'm 32, and I've been heavy all my life. I have arthritis in my knees and have PCOS too. My daily diet consists of:
10 glasses of water
Morning - Oats / Muesli & Yogurt
Lunch - Chicken Breast / Fish with Steamed Veg
Dinner - 3 Cracker bread / Rice Cakes with Plain Cottage cheese and cucumber
I train 5 days per week. Each session would be:
10min Treadmill Walk (1/2 mile)
10min upright cycle (3.5 miles)
10min body shaker
In Total if I add up what the machines tell me I burn +- 400 Calories per session.
