Hi there! I'm new, and this question has been on my mind since I joined... I have bigger arms, and they are what I'm most embarrassed about aside from my huge thighs... I was wondering if anyone has overcome embarrassment and worn shirts with no sleeves? How did it feel? Have you ever overcome embarrassment when it comes to shirts that show your arms, if they are bigger? I just don't know how to do it... I've covered up my entire life.

When I first had my surgery I lost a good amount of wait, but do to other health issues some of the weight has come back on. Can you have the gastric sleeve surgery again? Now that some of the other health issues are out of the way, I need extra help getting to where I need to go.
Have you followed the diet they gave you before surgery? I got same issue I gained the weight back. I got gastric bypass 2018
Has anyone had the lap band? I'm going to a seminar for it next month. Still on the fence but willing to look into it.
Yes I had the lap band in 2013 it failed so I had to get revision to gastric bypass surgery

I've had the sleeve done. I lost quite a bit of weight. But, due to health issues, I've gained it back. Is there a way to go in and have surgery again?

Ive researched the surgery quite extensively and the diet is extremely minimal. Which i understand. However i love food. The textures. The smell. And of course the taste. Im scared that i would not be able to stick with such a minimal diet for a year. Pluss once the weight is lost how does one not regain the weight once a regular diet is reintroduced? I dont know anyone personaly whoes had this done. Im afraid its the only option i have left.
