Temptation

I am addicted to food and there are times at work when its hard to get away from junk food. Whenever they have a potluck all the goodies that are leftover are left in the lunch room for all to see. So im eating healthy but im super tempted by the cake sitting right in front of me. Any suggestions as to what i can do so i dont eat the bad stuff? Also note there really isnt anywhere else i can go to have my meals

Calorie foundation

Calorie foundation

Just joined the group. I'm 560 pounds, and miserable. 6 feet tall and, very poor, movement walking. Trying to find a, calorie foundation. Some say, (Phone number can only be seen by MyObesityTeam users). Heck I don't know where to, start. Have, lost, so much from this., Sex, life, bad now. Still have good blood flow,but to much mass. Hurt bad, to the sleep. Need, some support and wisdom.

Does anyone else ever just not want to eat?

There are days sometimes multiple days in a row where nothing sound goods, I'm not hungry, and I could just care less about eating and have to almost force myself to eat. I hate feeling like this and dont know what to do and then usually eating a ton of junk cause it's easy to eat.

I need help making a meal plan to lose 30-40 pounds.

Hi, I'm 39 years old and am having a lot of trouble losing weight. I need help making a meal plan that will help me lose 30-40 pounds, and I don't really care how boring it is, and the more specific it is the better (time to eat, exact quantities etc). I don't know if I should go to a dietician or if someone here can help me with a plan or point me in the right direction.

How do you encourage/motivate yourself to try again?

I was doing so well with my weight loss. Actually loss 40+ pounds with nothing but the gym and food regulation. Then a series of events took place that made it impossible to continue my three day a week routine. Yes my family makes sure that I have a car available on Tuesdays and Thursdays but what they don't understand is that because those are the only days I have the car, all of my appointments etc must be scheduled on those days so I can't get back to… read more

Undereating

People always think that because you're overweight that means you overeat. My doctor has actually told me that I need to eat more, but I don't normally have an appetite. I need meal suggestions to help increase my food intake. What can I do? Eating when I'm not hungry makes me nauseous, and my meds suggest I eat.

What can I have for breakfast that won't make me feel sick?

I don't eat breakfast. Even when I'm awake during breakfast hours, I feel like my stomach is still a sleep and not ready for food. I get sick most of the time. I already struggle most days to eat two meals a day, but I need to get up to three meals a day. What can I do for breakfast that won't make me feel sick?

Fashion Show

Fashion Show

There are some of the nicest ladies on my Obesity team. Some needs something to do that they will enjoy. If I invited them to model in the fashion show and show them how many more ladies there are that are obese but has found something to do. I know it will motivate them even more. I don't want to go against the rules here, is why I am asking.
