Can you give suggestions of healthy snacks that actually taste good?

Can you give suggestions of healthy snacks that actually taste good?

I am trying to find some healthy snacks that don't take like cardboard and are not chocolate. I am allergic to chocolate. I've tried granola cups with almond butter. Wasn't working for me. I've tried rice cakes. So far my favorites are apple with peanut butter (normally my lunch) and fruit of all kinds. However, when I'm working or out and about I would like something besides banana chips. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you think I'm starving myself

Do you think I'm starving myself

My friend, she started out as my cousilor but that was 3 years ago. She's more like a second mom to me now. She thinks on the new diet I started yesterday that I'm starving myself. I eat 4 90 calorie snack a day ( 1 every 2-3 hours) 1 500 calorie lean an green meal ( 2 peices of chicken and a cup of green beans) coming out to about 860 calories a day. Do you guys think I'm starving myself? I just feel like this is the only way I'm ever going to loose weight

Night time snacking

Night time snacking

I do fine all day. Eat a decent breakfast, lunch, and dinner with healthy snacks in between. Then in the evening after dinner I fall apart. Just can't weem to get enough to eat. I DO eat lots of fruit for snacks, but the fact is, I am overdoing it. Fruit is loaded with sugar. I just cannot get that scale to budge.
