I have arthritis in my back that has been treated with injections. I've even had the nerve endings in the L3-L5 region in my back burned and had a cortisol shot in my s1 region. YouTube has some great stretches that help with this. Also read that tumeric, Larger doses of D3, and vitamin A help with the inflammation caused by OA.

I am brand new to the site here. I'm 32, and I've been heavy all my life. I have arthritis in my knees and have PCOS too. I'm going to my dr on Friday for my annual exam and I'm afraid of the news I'll hear. I have swelling in my legs and some signs of diabetes so I'm afraid that may be an outcome.
