I eat when I am bored, I eat when I am tired, I eat when I am frustrated. I am constantly eating for reasons other than hunger. How do I stop? It's like it just slips under my radar and next thing I know, I have polished off a whole pie, or cookies or bag of potato chips.
I have dealt with chronic tiredness for a little over 3 years now and it just seems to be getting worse. I have had several tests done, been to several doctors and they all just tell me to loose weight. I find myself so tired when I try to wake-up that I have to go back to bed until it's time to get ready for work. Has anyone heard of or tried GOLO? Here I go again looking into weight loss procedures that do not include surgery. If you have any info about it good or bad I would like to learn about it.
I have arthritis in my back that has been treated with injections. I've even had the nerve endings in the L3-L5 region in my back burned and had a cortisol shot in my s1 region. The swelling is gone, but not the pain. My knees have been left untreated. The pain gets unbearable at times, but my doctor only says lose weight. Well been here for a while reading and posting on occasion. But never really read anyone who is similar to our living issues.
We are on disability which as many know means u live (survive) under the poverty line (under since u dont even make the base poverty line income). We live in a monthly basis of being food deprived so eating one meal a day is very much the norm. It isnt health but it becomes the only option.
