For me I do small workouts at home to music my favorite pop artist is Taylor Swift. Alot of people motivate you to do better on that app that I was telling you about stridekick. We motivate each other each day.
I was using something on you tube today. Was following the instructor and it was for 1/2 hour.
So as we all go down this road known as obesity together, to those of you who go to the gym like I do. My question is this. When you get in a rut (we all get there) what do you do to motivate yourself to get out of the rut?
At least u exercise, only thing I do is walk Round the block or downtown then my sciatica starts acting up.

I was doing so well with my weight loss. Actually loss 40+ pounds with nothing but the gym and food regulation. Then a series of events took place that made it impossible to continue my three day a week routine. Yes my family makes sure that I have a car available on Tuesdays and Thursdays but what they don't understand is that because those are the only days I have the car, all of my appointments etc must be scheduled on those days so I can't get back to my class. You can google a calorie calculator. It has you put your age,height, weight then calculates what your calories should be.
When some people are stressed, upset and worried they stop eating I eat and eat.

Fat-shaming is very damaging and its perpetrators tend to be sadistic. What we need to know is who does it and why they do it. In motives we can discern actions, your story can help put an end to it. Be brave.
