What’s the easiest excersise to do when you hate exercise and get worn out easily

I can’t walk up a flit or stairs or my best attempt at jogging for mere seconds without being out of breath

I joined the local pool and I do Aquafit 3 times a week. They have a gentle version of it. The point was for me to just get moving.

My rule is not to eat or drink anything but water after 6pm. It was hard at first, but made it easier by going to my bedroom by 7 or 8 because I do not allow food in my bedroom. I read or watch a movie.

I dance in my kitchen sometimes or walk on my treadmill, better weather I take my dog for walks down at the trails, the hardest most challenging thing for me is consistency and not eating at night, sooo hard ☹️

There are exercises and then there are exercises... I talked with a trainer and he was very insistent that if i was not looking to build up my muscles or use exercise for losing weight, he told me that the kinds of exercises in the gym, i would hurt myself getting in enough workout to actually lose any weight... that what they do in the gym was not for me... he gave me exercises that I can do at home to keep my muscles loose, to get my heart rate up and to keep limber... he told me that you don't have to walk for miles or try to run... that running is very hard on your knees and ankles, especially when you are carrying extra weight... so I walk 6 blocks a day, a fast walk for me, because I have long legs and I am trying to breath deeper and get oxygen into my lungs and my heart rate up... at home I have exercise bands and gentle exercises so that I don't hurt myself, but also it helps me with some of my back and neck muscles that I have problems with... This exercise is enough for me... after doing this for a couple of years now, I feel great... I don't increase the reps, just the normal keep your body fit ones... I am 61 and I don't need more muscles, because of my age, my knees and my ankles are just weak, not because of my weight, but because of my age. eating right has started making me feel better, I don't have that yucky feeling after I eat, my stool movements are back to normal, no constipation or runs... I don't have to take antacids for my stomach and I am sleeping better and my feet and legs don't hurt as much as I work on my feet 4 hours, 3 times a week... so something must be working right for me.
