You are definitely in the right place, like minded people who encourage and support and are seeking a common goal is the best way to go. They motivate me to push through even the toughest of times. Find yourself a person you can cheer along the way that will in turn cheer you, if you want to I will be that cheer leader for you. We are in this together. Motivation helps tremendously. I find that if I try to go in at it alone I always fail but if I have a partner of sorts, I tend to stay on task better.

I don't know if this is helpful. But what helps me as far as food is keeping track of the food i eat. That way I see any missteps I make and what I'm doing daily. Also, I try not to beat myself up for any missteps I do.

Around three weeks is when motivation to change a behavior starts to fad. That's when you just have to remind yourself why you are doing what your doing. I know I will struggle with my weight issue the rest of my life but I just have to try everyday to do my best. I want to live for my children and grand children. Now with COVID it is more important than ever to be a healthy weight.

I'm 69yrs. Retired teacher and work part times when they appear. Right now I feel heavy, lazy and Don't have energy to do anything. I know I have to do them, but as soon I eat breakfast and watch TV I my energy drops. What can I do. I love in PR and it's very hot also.
