I have been eating a serving of parmesean cheese and a handful of blueberries! I admit some days I am like I wish I had cheesy popcorn!!! But most says the cheese and blueberries hit the spot and are low FODMAP foods so they support gut health if you have an overgrowth like I do!

I can! Ok read the Gut Balance Revolution. Intestinal dysbiosis (I think I spelled that correctly!) is a source of a couple different kinds of depression and anxiety. I have been using food to heal and my depression is already significantly better. I do struggle with emotional eating too. You are not alone! Do you know your triggers? Mine are when I feel lonely and/or powerless. I have been talking to people about, looking for support groups, and asking for what I need. But I am still doing it...less than I was! You are amazing a brave never forget that! Just remember you are trying to use food to heal your heart and mind. The impulse is coming from a good place. And it takes time to use different tools to heal the problem that lead to it. So focus on being aware, loving yourself, and finding healthier foods until you can heal it. There are many tools let me know if you want more ideas and tools! You can do this! One step at a time!

Thats where i am to. I hate it.. By time my husband gets home from work he closes at 5 but works till 10pm trying to catch up. When he gets home and looks for a snackcake there is one left in the box of giant fudge rounds.
