Does Anyone Have Any Tried And True Tips Or Advice For Avoiding Nighttime Bingeing?
I live alone with my child, and after I put her to bed at night I go into a mode where I eat nonstop. Sometimes I eat stuff in the house, other times I order in food for delivery. This habit is the biggest cause of my weight gain and I can’t seem to stop myself. I would love to learn from anyone who has successfully nipped this behavior in the bud!
Hi Gina:
Well I actually Live alone what I do I eat small potions & drink 8 bottles of water a day, I tried to excise in doors so times it works & sometime it don't its Life. Just do not think so hard about losing weight. Plus I eat up until 7pm then I stop eating, IF I get Hungry I eat like a fruit of drink some water , eat a yogurt or fix a sandwich & be done with it. If you like to sing, dance, clean up you have a Kid do some activities with her or him. I Live on the third floor in a part building so I have to go down my steps Lol any thing I do like getting up to eat, bathroom breaks, cleaning up, walking I call all that excise its you moving think about. next time your watchin TV when a commercial comes on get up & walk around then come back do this every time. if you have some dumb bells lifts those while watching tv, I hope this helps Good Luck.
