I have never taken a pill or supplement that helps with weight loss. As I have very little faith in something that sounds too good to be true. But I have taken supplements that help with the nutrients, etc. that we often deprive ourselves of when on a restricted eating plan. Meaning supplements such as vitamins and minerals, protein and collagen peptides. We tend to lose muscle mass and bones can become brittle, hair and nails thin, and or get dry and brittle. Joint pain and inflammation often come with a restrictive diet. And also less energy and lower immunity. Thus, the need of added vitamins, protein and collagen. Some may also need added iron or B12. To help curb cravings and hunger, one needs to eat plenty of low carb healthy fats.
