I struggle with all of it. That being said, I stay motivated by seeing what my parents are going through. For example, kidney failure.

No bottom teeth can't chew, need implants but can't afford them so no salads I really miss them. Not enough bone on bottom dentures won't stay in. So all vegetables is cooked don't eat alot of meat so eggs and tuna mostly for protien .Love things like muffins and cakes and cookies. Just took first shot of oz epic feel weird so see how it goes. I was lucky new insurance it only costs 40$.
Didn't get fat till 48 after I quit smoking
