@A MyObesityTeam Member You’re definitely not alone—holiday weekends can be tough! 💬 One off-track weekend doesn’t undo your progress. A new day is a fresh start. Try focusing on one small, doable goal today (like a walk or a balanced meal) to rebuild momentum. You've got this! 💛

I don't do much as far as fixing extras for memorial Day weekend I just have my regular meal preps my family lives in a different state than I do I'm sure they'll get together and do something special but me by myself I don't do much of anything so I'll just stick to my regular meals nothing special so it'd be easy for me to stay with my healthy eating lifestyle I might do a little something extra for the 4th of July but with me by myself and I don't eat a lot of food so I'll just pretty much stick to my normal meal preps

Some MyObesityTeam members find success by keeping a food journal to stay accountable and writing down everything they eat. This can help you regain control and be more mindful of your choices. Practical steps to get back on track:
- Make a big batch of vegetable soup for healthy meals
- Keep fresh fruits and vegetables ready for evening snacks
- Focus on portion control using smaller plates
- Set phone reminders to drink water throughout the day
- Replace sugary treats with protein bars when cravings hit
