Good evening, even though u think that u did terrible, don’t beat yourself up but drink water and eat mainly lighter ie salads and do a little bit more walking and u will soon be back on track!
I don't do much as far as fixing extras for memorial Day weekend I just have my regular meal preps my family lives in a different state than I do I'm sure they'll get together and do something special but me by myself I don't do much of anything so I'll just stick to my regular meals nothing special so it'd be easy for me to stay with my healthy eating lifestyle I might do a little something extra for the 4th of July but with me by myself and I don't eat a lot of food so I'll just pretty much stick to my normal meal preps
