I find that food prep and cooking at home help to provide the structure I need. I limit unhealthy foods from my home and that helps too.

I do the same as Robyn, but it can be hard at times, when I don't feel like cooking. I do try to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Recently, I have rediscovered pb loaded on celery. I plan to pick up cottage cheese or plain yogurt each time I go to the store. Plain yogurt sweetened with a little honey, and add fruit. Very yummy!
