From potted herbs to full-on veggie gardens β€” or even fresh eggs from backyard hens β€” growing your own food can be rewarding, cost-saving, and fun! 🌱πŸ₯š
Do you grow (or raise!) anything at home? Maybe tomatoes, leafy greens, herbs, or eggs from chickens?

@A MyObesityTeam Member That sounds like such a lovely memory! grilling your own homegrown squash and chicken sounds delicious! πŸ—πŸŒΏ Even though you don’t have a garden now, it’s so special that you had that experience. Thanks for sharing the photo and the throwback πŸ’›

I no longer have a garden, but used to when I had my house here in San Diego, CA. Loved the squash, tomatoes, etc. Picture of me outdoor grilling some squash and chicken on my BBQ few years ago.
