For me I do small workouts at home to music my favorite pop artist is Taylor Swift. Alot of people motivate you to do better on that app that I was telling you about stridekick. We motivate each other each day.

Members shared diverse strategies for staying motivated on their weight loss journeys, with walking being the most popular choice, whether outdoors when weather permits, after meals, or as part of a YouTube workout routine at home. Several members described approaches that work for them, including portion control instead of calorie counting, high-protein meals with healthy carbs, drinking water only after walking, listening to gospel or pop music during exercise, and turning household cleaning into productive movement. A recurring theme was finding what fits your lifestyle without added stress, celebrating small wins, and leaning on community support to stay encouraged through the inevitable ups and downs.

For me counting calories stresses me out. I do high protein, healthy carbs, lots of water and I walk 30 minutes after each meal. I don't drink while I eat, I wait until after my walk then drink. I have lost a little over 40 pounds.

Counting calories doesn't work for me. What I have been doing is portioning everything and sharing more meals. I hear ya I can't walk outside yet its too cold. So I can't wait till spring. So I do exercises in my house for 15 mins to suffice.
