I am having a hard time just finding the energy and motivation to even start anything. I know what I need to do, i make the plan to do it but then just can't bring myself to get moving. It's like I talk myself out of it before I even get started.

I have gone corn free and gotten a lot stricter on myself finding hidden items that makes me sugar go up.
So as we all go down this road known as obesity together, to those of you who go to the gym like I do. My question is this. When you get in a rut (we all get there) what do you do to motivate yourself to get out of the rut?
At least u exercise, only thing I do is walk Round the block or downtown then my sciatica starts acting up.
People always think that because you're overweight that means you overeat. My doctor has actually told me that I need to eat more, but I don't normally have an appetite. I need meal suggestions to help increase my food intake. What can I do? Eating when I'm not hungry makes me nauseous, and my meds suggest I eat.
I like the protein cheese, nut snacks are good for that. wheni worked i would set an alarm for 2-3 hours and eat one of the small snacks. it helps stay off the blood sugar hills and vally's.

I have severe issues with my knees and haven't been able to stand in over a year. I can sit on the side of the bed but I am.so terrified my knees are going to give out and I'm gonna fall. I can't live my life like this anymore!! I am a strong but broken person and I just want to be me again with no constraints.

I was doing so well with my weight loss. Actually loss 40+ pounds with nothing but the gym and food regulation. Then a series of events took place that made it impossible to continue my three day a week routine. Yes my family makes sure that I have a car available on Tuesdays and Thursdays but what they don't understand is that because those are the only days I have the car, all of my appointments etc must be scheduled on those days so I can't get back to my class. Hi! I have a question? Are there any members on here who really write and respond on here! I know sometimes we may drop off for some reason but it would be nice to state that!
