I am 6.1ft and weigh 401lbs

My daily diet consists of:
10 glasses of water
Morning - Oats / Muesli & Yogurt
Lunch - Chicken Breast / Fish with Steamed Veg
Dinner - 3 Cracker bread / Rice Cakes with Plain Cottage cheese and cucumber

I train 5 days per week. Each session would be:
10min Treadmill Walk (1/2 mile)
10min Row
10min upright cycle (3.5 miles)
10min body shaker

In Total if I add up what the machines tell me I burn +- 400 Calories per session.

I don’t weigh daily because my weight fluctuates. I go by how my clothes fit. Right now my pants are just a tad looser but my blouses are really loose. I recommend going by how your clothes fit

I Didn't Know What The Normal Weight For Obesity Is Till Now. I Fall Under The Obesity Category But It Is Going Lower.

I eat when I am bored, I eat when I am tired, I eat when I am frustrated. I am constantly eating for reasons other than hunger. How do I stop? It's like it just slips under my radar and next thing I know, I have polished off a whole pie, or cookies or bag of potato chips.

I had the surgery and after a bit I was doing great then my weight started to come back and now I am bigger than before and can't even look in the mirror and I think about my weight all the time and now I am going back to the doctor that did my surgery to see something happened to my sleeve because now I find Iam hungry all the time

Just joined the group. I'm 560 pounds, and miserable. 6 feet tall and, very poor, movement walking. Trying to find a, calorie foundation. Some say, (Phone number can only be seen by MyObesityTeam users). Heck I don't know where to, start. Have, lost, so much from this., Sex, life, bad now. Still have good blood flow,but to much mass. Hurt bad, to the sleep. Need, some support and wisdom.

Has anyone ever used a weightloss clinic like Dr Bernstein? Their's sound quite good but only if you can spared $1200. -- $2000. Some people might consider the $2000. grant if you can afford to pay in advance. I, personally, can't afford it!
